To support the value added service, our full time trouble shooting team is responsible for the management of technical staff and business functions related to consulting operations. Duties include management of staff consultants on variety of assignments at a number of different client's locations, and regular review of project status with each consultant and client. Project plans, system design, programming, testing and other technical consideration are discussed. Guidance and instructions are provided to each consultant, wherever necessary and appropriate, to assure high quality of technical services.
